Air Conditioner Sensors

My 00 Pace Arrow has 2 roof a/c's ducted. One does the front the other just the bedroom. Does anyone know where they mount the temp sensors for them. Both controls are in the bedroom and the front will continue to blow air even after the compressor kicks off. I really don't understand that part of it, once the compressor goes off, I have to slide the temp selector switch up to get the blower to shut off. If running both, on auto, the lights on the panel jumps from shed to on. Assuming this means they are sharing the electric, since I only have 30 amps. Is this all normal..

Joe, the temp sensors are those 2 little brown bumps on the wall or under a cabinet. I'll bet you looked at them and wondered what they were.
