A picture would solve it a lot easier.

It could be a satellite radio antenna. On our 2005 MH, also made by Fleetwood, above the driver's windshield we have about a 12" - 14" antenna that's for the front AM/FM radio. There is also a small "box" looking antenna that's about 2" x 4" by 3/4" high that's for the satellite radio that came built into the front radio.

My CB RADIO connector looks like this. It is called a UHF connector or PL259 that screws into the back of the CB RADIO......

Not sure what plugs into the back of your AM/FM Radio..

what type of connector is at the end? i suspect it is large and used for CB.

for it to be for FM the connector would be small to fit into the back of the radio.
