Aqua Hot 200 no hot water with the electric element?

Check the element to see if it burned out.

I have found the high temp limit switch to be the typical cause of failure but my unit is a 100 so it's a bit older. I now carry a spare for both the diesel and hot water side. In a pinch I jumped the limit switch until a replacement arrived.

Note: the high temp limit switches on mine are not resetable...they are more like a fuse and once activated they're toast.

I have a 12 v powered relay next to the 120V circuits breaker panel that puts 120V to the AHot electric element... I'd check there for 120V to the element first since you were having 12V issues.

Page 20 on the High Limit AC temp looks like this is a strong candidate for my issue.

Will test to see if this might just be the problem - Really appreciate the help on vacation and the cold shower is/was not on my agenda.

The 118 page would have tried my patience.

A lot of those HH issues are coming back - just been a few years since I had to think about them.

My 12V relay is inside the coach next to the 120V panels. Actually I have two as the second one is for the block heater 120V outlet in the engine compartment that I turn on/off on the dash.

Ordered part (ELX-630-001 Relay, 30A 277 VAC 12VDC Coil) relay will not allow the 11o to get to the heater - might put a switched jumper for a temp fix till the part arrives.

I should have added in the PM ... If you have a block heater it probably uses the same 12V relay... swap output wires. Mine is next to the one for the A Hot.
PS: turn on block heater switch :B :B :B

Looked at all the wiring and put a switch so we could bypass the high low 12v switches - so now I have hot water on demand.

When the switch comes I'll replace and crack it open to see corroded switch?
