reason is He never fully explained things to the person so I took the reply and clarified it further :: because some replys like one that infered a paper clip would fix the problem that the OP was explaining and thats just 100% incorrect so wanted to make sure everyone clearly understands the system as its obvious not everyone really does

I also do find that annoying although two is acceptable but the 4+5 times you see is rather annoying for sure
