140$ is amazing price for the tank itself but unfortunately they want 75$ shipping to Canada soooo it comes to 300C$ which is the price I found at a RV repair place... the thing is that the guys there tell me to get the whole unit replaced (whole water heater is 660C$) as the 300$ savings will go into labor cost as replacing the tank only takes more time and sometimes it doesn't really goes smooth... also there will be no warranty if replacing just a part... so I am thinking of getting this done...
The Gerrard tankless water heater will cost me about the same price maybe 100$ more but reviews are 50/50 and the other 50 really hate it...
On craigslist I couldn't find something cheaper soooo finally I don't have much of a choice I guess...
