Back up camera

Question

My back up camera &amp; my gps are connected &amp; the both say no videoany one have any ideas. this is all part of the radio &amp; that works I do not know were to look

We need to know the brand and model. For ours, you have to go into setup to add video anytime there is no power to the coach and inverter not on (batteries disconnected). I have the instructions for a Pioneer.
