Sure know what you mean by quality. In 2004 or HR DP had 73 warranty items. We spent 3 weeks in 2011 while the current 2009 rig underwent the repairs as a condition of purchase. Yes only 2 years old.
Two repairs I'll never forget. Pugged in the household test to check the plugs. All good until I got to the 3 kitchen plugs with a open ground. They found a junction box where the ground wire was not connected by Monaco - yup It didn't just come loose, never connected. The front A/C didn't work. Dometic waffled for 2.5 weeks until I said enough. They finally fessed up to a recall and promised a new A/C which we got 4 months later. They had insisited a replacement was shipped and was at the Portland distributor and blamed them. If we had driven off the lot first it would have been our dime.
