OK, but when was the last time you actually shopped around for a better rate. I mean loyalty only goes so far and contrary to some old beliefs, they all pay their claims and only argue when you want more and then you'll usually get it, even if it's just a little bit more.
Speaking of loyalty, why not name the company and most sure they won't mind receiving the flowers.
