Blinkers/Hazards quit

I have a 98 Coachmen Mirada on a 97 Ford f53 chassis. All of the sudden the blinkers quit working. The hazards do not work either. I can only assume a blinker relay went out, but there are relays all over the darn place! Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Exactly what he said! Been there, done that.

The '97 F53 only has one flasher that handles both the directionals and the hazard lights. The functions for both are handled by the multi-function selector switch assembly located behind the steering wheel. A somewhat common failure mode is for the hazard lights to only work if the button is pressed and the directional arm is also switched to one side or the other. Another failure mode is for the cruise control to also stop working, and that indicates a blown fuse in the panel on the lower inside of the firewall near the driver sidewall. Lacking a driver's door, that fuse panel also requires some gymnastic contortions to access it.

sounds like it may be a switch connection problem where the harness is connected at the steer column as Hazards and blinkers use separate Flashers although they may use the same fuse.!

Flip up the dash and there may be one there. There was with my 98 Bounder that had the same chassis as yours.
