Buying on bayE

Have you had the same problem I am having with a company that sell parts on bayE. Two weeks ago I bought a part to fix my RV. Found it on bayE and purchased it. After all bayE said they have a 100% satisfactory rating. After buying the item I emailed then asking for a tracking number. No reply. It gave a date for believed but that day came a went. Tried to contact them by email to find out where it was. Only reply was (I will look into it). Today I called, they didn't answer the phone and then I emailed them. Finally I received a email today that they are just now shipping it out. Several days after it should have been here. If they didn't have the part ready to be shipped out let me know. I would understand that. But not replying or sending the confirmation notice of the purchase as most business do, make me fear I had just been rip-off. The part cost $600.00. Years ago I bought a radio for my truck. Two months no radio. Contacted bayE they made the guy send the radio. The radio was no good. Contacted bayE, sorry you used up your one fix, we only give you one fix. How has your purchases been?
