Hi folks! I have a 2006 HHR Vacationer that has a camera problem. It's a 3 camera WeldX system. The camera will work fine for a while then all of a sudden go dark in the rear view camera. Sometimes shutting it off and back on and it will come back as if nothing happened and then go out after a while, then when you switch to night driving it will go real dark and it's hard to see tow car. Has anyone had this problem with their rear view camera?

We had a problem with our rear camera when starting out first thing in the morning. It appeared to be caused by the dew running off the back of the coach when we started moving. It went away when we recaulked the rear camera area.

Our problem was the connection to the camera under the dash. Unplugged them and plugged them back in and it works fine. The wires worked loose from vibration. Caused intermittent problem.

WE did sometime past and it was coming from sun light hitting the windshield of the tow and over exposing the camera. We put sun shields on the tow to lower the reflected light.
