We purchased a 2006 Georgetown 338SE with 67000 well maintained miles in August. Prices for A Class units are higher in Canada then our southern friends but there are deals to be had. Not much seat time but 2 trips out and we had a blast. Only issues were foggy windows which we knew about and had passenger / driver and kitchen windows cleaned, sealed and replaced. The power converter crapped out, but the dealer replaced with a new one. My wife loved the floor plan so happy wife / happy life. Drives well, not much rear sway and I had no issue with transport trucks passing on the 401.
Check the condition/age of the cabin batteries. Check for rust around the propane tank. Look for water marks inside near the slide perimeter.Price out tires and if you have 22.5in YIKES
