Carefree Awning Electric Motor

Question

I have a 2005 Holiday Rambler with a Carefree of Colorado electric Mirage Patio Awning. The tubular 110V electric motor is inoperative. Carefree part no. R001055.  Carefree will not/does not offer this part for sale. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement motor or a another manufacture type of replacement motor. Carefree authorized dealers will not sell the replacement motor direct either. A used motor would be acceptable to me.

"gold1"...I'm sure you checked, but if you didn't, did you remove and clean the plug where the awning plugs into the sidewall of the coach near the front door.
