Carefree Door Awning

The motor on our Carefree door awning runs but the awning will not go out!
I am needing some tips on getting to the motor and also where is the best place to buy parts?

Call Carefree, they will send you the parts...and a manual if you need one.

You can call Carefree of Colorado to find a distributor for parts. I have to take mine apart to replace the canopy next weekend and in reading up I believe the motor is in the end that doesn't have the rubber plug in the center of the end cap.
