Thanks. I 've taken the sceen off. It's a 'fantastic fan' . from installation 2008 - has 3 speed on no tem ( knob) and hot to cold second dial,. Don't know the model number. Doubt it has a 'reverse fan' ...
But at least I've got the nettles out and now know I can snap it in and out!
