Cheasapeake Bay Bridge tunnel

Hi all, Was thinking about a vacation in Ocean City Md, than heading to Williamsburg Va. Anyone ever use the bridge tunnel for there trip ? Driving a 36 ft class A and a CRV toad. Thanks
