As someone with some spacial design experience, I can tell you that all your wants are possible and have been done. The problem is that given the tight often multi-function space requirements of most RV's, compromises must be made in favor of creating the most highly demanded features within cost parameters and space availability.
If you are the only potential customer out of say, . . . . . 1,000 who wants an exit door in your bathroom, you are probably going to have to special order that. You'll also give up some multi-function space in the process. If that's OK with you, no problem. Think of how many would pass on the RV because they DIDN'T want that option. The RV manufacturers do.
