Class A electric ifg breaker

We have 2 (grnd flt circuits ) in this coach.
One keeps kicking out every once in awhile.
Never can get it back on. Till suddenly it comes back when we trip the outlet again.
We never can find the short or the circuit as a mater of fact.
?
Not even sure what other info to post in order to get help!
  • A likely area for a tripping GFCI when all else fails is the outside outlet.

While they are waterproof they get moisture in them and that will cause the inside GFCI to trip. You can dry one out with a hairdryer on low heat or just air (no heat) fairly quick.
  • Or you can buy "spacers" that make a low profile recepticle box big enough for a normal sized GFCI

Where do you guys find the "low profile" GFCI outlets? The standard outlets are easy to find, but I've had trouble locating the thinner outlets designed for RVs.
RV stores. On line RV stores.

GFI switches sometimes get weak and need to be replaced. We had one that kept tripping for no apparent reasons. Replaced it and it's been 2 years now and it has never tripped in that time. Problem was the switch itself.

    Ditto, (CHINA? QC)
