The 2011 and newer Fleetwood Storm models and the 2010 FW Encounter have it as an option (Ford F-53 chassis.) If you have more than a couple of kids, the 32BH model has bunk beds amidships, and the drop down loft bed up front. Sleeps up to 10, in a pinch, if you use the sofa and dinette.
Only a few Diesel Pushers have them, as most have the main entry door located next to the passenger seat. There is one (Palazzo, I think?) that has front entry door and the drop down bunk, owners claim you can still comfortably crouch under it to get in and out.
