Class A Wintrizing

I am winterizing my Class A. I have the electronic stabilizing jacks. Should I raise those for the winter and let the RV sit on the wheels? We have had several 5th wheels but this is our first Class A. Thanks!!
  • I keep my jacks retracted while in winter storage. Some keep the jacks extended.
And, some Will raise the coach, install Jack stands then retract the Jacks. This will take some of the weight off the suspension and tires.

I don't think there is a right or wrong way. Just personal choice.
I've not had any problems from keeping the jacks retracted all winter.

If you chose to leave them extended, spray the shaft with silicone. And don't forget to wipe them clean and respray before retracting in the spring. The dirt can damage the seal s.
