Online, newspapers, magazines etc. You will find at least one that is actually advertising at that kind of discount. Then you will have the courage of your conviction when you go to the dealer you want to buy from.
And beware, after you get your low price they will try to get back some of their profit by selling you an optional warrantee package. Don't do it. The reason it is very lucrative for them is because very few end up using it.
