Class C RV model recommendations

I agree with the Conquest 6280 design!! I have a 28A Thor product which is almost identical in layout and LOVE IT! Especially the doorway to block off front living space from bed/bath when one is getting ready for the day. Separate shower is very nice so other can be shaving/brushing teeth or "other" duties :) Never have understood the diesel preference myself (cost/maintenance/did I mention $$$?). Good Luck finding all that in a small one. If you decide to go with gas and a little longer we have a Forester 3051S that checks most of your boxes. The seats swivel but not sure it's worth it. Good Luck, at one time I wanted diesel but didn't want 36' or Mercedes. Also having a diesel truck and repair bills to go with it, we are happy with gas. Happy hunting, I think that's half the fun. We love our floorplan.

Winnebago 31C, 1 large slide V10. Not sure the name of current 31C is, name changes since 2002.

I understand that, and yes, several pointed out (as I did in my first post) that "something's gotta give". Interesting to note however, that the 2 diesel powered options I suggested were about as close to ticking all the OP's wish list items, but for the 2 misses (sink location/walkround bed) I pointed out. There were also some other late to the game posters that went directly at the "diesel" wish list item, in a negative sense, as they both made their preferences known, in spite of it not being a "gas vs diesel" thread. "diesel, no way" was their only opinion.

I may be mistaken, but I believe the OP prefers diesel? The original question wasn't "gas or diesel?", it was a short floor plan/options wish list, including diesel, and whether something like that exists.

just keep in mind, it might be a good idea to have a floorplan where you will have full use of the rv with the slides 'in'. There will be times when you might need to be stealth while parking overnight somewhere or .... if the slides malfunction, you'll be able to continue on. Getting a rv repair appointment or on-site mobile repair might be a challenge

x2 owned a diesel, wasn't worth it
unless you are using a diesel for a work vehicle to make money or need to haul very heavy loads....its not worth it

I have a walk around bed--28'5". I found it much harder to get used to driving than my previous 27'. Tail swing goes up exponentially with length to wheel base. Ideal is 55%, and I'm at 53%.

Having had both gas and diesel, I'd never buy a diesel unit. To much buck for not enough bang.

As others have said, something's gotta give. That's normal when looking for "the one".
The only 2 models of Winnebago View/Navion that would tick most of the floor plan boxes are the 24J and 24G (no longer in production). The 24J has the sink outside the lav, but has the corner bed, so that's a near miss. The 24G has an (almost) walk around rear bed that slides/extends out at the rear of the unit, but the sink is inside the lav. I think they both tick the cab over bunk, diesel powered, around 24' to 26' length, and come with either couch or dinette, in a small driver's side slide. The MB 3.0L V6 turbo-diesel with 5 speed transmission is a great power combo, but as others have suggested, watch that OCCC if you plan on towing anyhting, or bringing along the rest of the family. Most Views/Navions are OCCC "challeneged", mine included, but you can be creative with what stuff you actually need, versus what you want to bring along.
You can see the various floor plans at some of the better dealers like Lichtsinn, or at the Winnebago website. Pricing will vary on these based on age, mileage, wear and tear, and the rest of the usual stuff.
