I would have to say that if the camper cover was actually water proof and not just "water resistant" as many state,, i would go with the cover. If not, than i would tarp it. The Adco cover i have for my Class C is only water resistant, so during snow and rain season i use a used billboard tarp. ( 36 X10) which only cost me 25.00 plus shipping. And is very heavy duty.
