Considering a Foretravel ih-45.
Does anyone here own one? I'm looking for candid feedback on ownership experience, regards product operation, satisfaction, and value.

There are less then 100 of them out there. The IH is a new beast. We have looked at it closely and decided when we upgrade we will go with the Phenix as it is shorter. The IH is 13'6" and the Phenix is less but built the same way. the key it is floor plan you want as a specific but a Phenix is just shorter and has the raised slide floor. They increased the height of the IH to have flat slide floors the rest is the same in construction. There are a number of owners who have ordered one but they take 6 months to build and they only tooled it up a few years ago. You will have a hard time finding them on here but maybe one will chime in.
