Yes the coach is in nc.

there is a Country Coach Yahoo Group you can join and get some good information. Also Keven Waite a former Country Coach technician monitors that group. We use Cummins Coach Care or Cummins for our service. They might be able to help with gear box service. Is the coach in NC?

Still need to know the brand and if you have it, model of the steering box.

Sheppard M100 is a common one and must be "blue-printed" to remove play (i.e. no external adjustment for play).

I just checked and I made a mistake. It is an 01 Affinity. I think it has a IFS kirkstall gear.

It would also help to know what model coach it is, Intrigue,Magna, Affinity, etc.

What brand steering box?
