dash covers

Trying to find a dash cover for my 99 rexhall. I think I've looked everywhere (Probably not). I kinda thought it would be an easy item to locate, so far no luck. I can't be the only person who wants one!!. I'm thanking ahead of time THANK YOU.
  • Rubber-backed carpet from your local builder's supply - cut to fit.
  • I have been looking for a dash cover also, I found Covers by Josie was a little expensive, I contacted a guy who was at the Florida RV show. He quoted me a price half of what Covers by Josie had said. His email address is: hunts12@comcast.net. I suggest email him and tell him what you need. He gave me directions on what to do and where to mail pattern. My only trouble is MH is in snow and below zero temps prevent me from making pattern. He said 3-4 week delivery once pattern is received.
  • I have one by Josie and it is very good. It fits perfectly so specify vehicle and the quality of material is very good. It repels liquids. I use it to protect dash from pups so it takes a beating. Well worth the money.
  • Explain a bit. Something to put on the top of the dash? or to cover the inside? To protect the dash, or just kill glare?
Our dash is light colored, and if driving into the sun, reflects back in the bottom of the windshield. We just took a darker color flannel throw blanket, and DW cut it to fit, hemmed the edge, but really didn't need that. Cost: less than $5 at a dollar store.

Let us know, and there are a lot more cheap, good-looking solutions.
