Does having AAA RV Plus work on class A's

Pardon me, but my son towed contracted to AAA in the southern tier of western NYS and left many motorhomes sitting on the side of the road because the AAA agent just dispatched a little wrecker to tow a way to big motorhome. So much for your "agents"!!! Each AAA area is different and not all have the RV Plus regardless of what that agent tells you! Will your AAA agent tow a motorhome from Alaska to the lower 48??? Coach-Net has!!!
