I also have this awning. It is junk. The first one went out after two years. The second one is now acting up ( not wanting to close all the way ). I got up on a ladder and manipulated the arms while retracting it with the remote. Got it to close up all the way, and don't plan on using it again. As far as adjustments IDK!
