double sinks

I have found my dual sinks provide flexibility when it comes to washing/rinsing dishes, defrosting meats as well as simply storing something out of the way as necessary. Since my unit does not have a full linear kitchen area, counter space can be an issue. However, between the rarely needed flip-up counter top and utilizing covers on the sinks and stove top, the limited space has never been an problem.
