E450 trip meter
Our tip meter rolls back to 1 after 999 miles. Is this normal? Every other vehicle we have I use the second trip meter to keep track of our oil changes.

It has 2 trip meters A and B,both have 4 digits,actually 5 if you want to count the Tenths. - Yup, I was a little surprised by this as well. Our 2017 E-450 only has a 3 digit digital trip meter as well.
- Our 2011 model also rolls back at 999.
- Ours does that also only a 3 digit counter
- Try pushing in on the reset spindle that sticks out of the dash. My 2011 E-350 has more than one, {two I think?}, different, resettable odometers plus the total miles {non resettable}. Your owners manual should clear this up.
:C - It doesn't roll back but rolls over. That is normal for a mechanical counter.
