Electric step won't deploy on my 2009 Navion! HELP!!!

Join the View/Navion group(s) over on yahoo groups. Lots more and more informed info on these units from several thousand owners....
I do know what runs this step is a Chrysler power window motor but can't tell you which or how much. I could also be a wiring issue.
