My 2005 Cummins 5.9 developed a squeak that got worse over time and louder when loaded down like turning on the AC. Did a simple test with water in a spray bottle to wet the belt a little while running to see if the noise changed. It did. Got a gator back belt and quiet ever since. Pully alignment should also be checked if it's a belt noise issue. Good luck !
