Insead of replacing the nuts in the faucet hold downs with just plane hex nuts, use stainless steel wing nuts with washers. much easier replace, and removal if necessary no special tool will be needed.
I found suitable replacements everywhere when I replaced one of mine. Now I wound up buying at an RV dealer because of two things They had the type I wanted (not a typical bathroom faucet but a "Bar" type with a high "neck" that had the room to clear my water jug in case I wished to fill it on the attached filter.. I now do the jug differently so ...) and 2: Beleive it or not.. CHEAPER
For the kitchen I went to eitehr Lowe's or home Depot
But both are standard faucets any hardware, pluming. RV dealer or big box home improvement store.
One word of caution. For the bathroom you are likely going to have standared 1/2 inch IPT threaded connectiors.
For the kitchen they may be standard...or not.. I had to make a few connector changes. Not a problem.
