Finally located cause of POPPING SOUND on Ford F53

For over a year we have been trying to figure out the source of a popping sound coming from the front end of our 2001 Suncruiser on Ford F53. The sound is coming from where the Helwig bolts are connected to the sway bar after performing the CHF (Cheap Handling Fix). Apparently the bolts are fine length-wise, but are just slightly too small in diameter, creating some slack in the holes, resulting in a "POP" sound when leaning/turning. My solution was to go with a slightly larger bolt than what came with the Helwig links.
This slightly larger bolt required me to have to 'tap' it in thru the helwig link hole, but fit perfectly in the Ford sway bar hole with no extra slack. So far, the result is NO MORE POPPING SOUND. Not using the Zbrackets, perhaps that would have helped but I can't find my Zbrackets after doing the CHF (somehow got lost).
