Be VERY careful with "escrow companies." There are WAY more scams than legitimate ones. I tried looking Trader Publishing Company up, and found one image of their website on escrow-fraud.com, but I don't know how legit that site is. I recommend you suggest a legit site like Escrow.com. If they say they only use that one, that's a definite warning sign.
