200K is a LOT of miles, best get very through inspections of everything, we almost bought one with 125K and found a lot wrong when we paid a few hundred to have KNOWLEDGEABLE guy go over it, in detail. Est repairs if they could be made, were in the 25-40K range, to include engine/transmission minor work, but was at major overhaul hours. Note it have been towing all it's life, big suv.
