They said that their management had made the decision not to service E-450s anymore but that, since I had driven quite a distance, they would make an exception that day and change the oil out in the parking lot. They said I would have to wait as long as 4 hours, but did it in an hour. I then drove to the MH dealer close by, and their service manager confirmed that E-450 service was no longer available anywhere in St. Louis metro area, to their knowledge.
By that, I mean Ford Dealers who can and will service E-450 under warranty. The RV dealer did give me the name of a truck servicing business that will service E-450, but they are not a Ford Dealer so could not do any repairs under the new vehicle warranty. That does give me a place to go for oil changes, I would imagine.
