Frame stringer to bulkhead broken welds under water tanks

I have two (so far as I can see) stringers that the welds to the bulkhead, a foot infront of the rear axel, welds are broken & they are bent down.
No shop has a pit to drive it over not a hydraulic lift able to get access to this area near me.
Looking for IDEAs of lifting the rear of RV safely to get under it. I want to use "L" shaped gussets to rivet/bolt on to stringer & bulkhead. I fear there in not enough material to just weld & to weld or weld a gusset on the heat & plastic 100, 60,40 gallon tanks could be in jeopardy. The broken welds looks to be will rusted too.

  • I've used 3x tiered 2x8 ramps when needed on the duals for years. Could go higher and could be built to raise the tag as needed. Needless to say the frame should then be supported with jack stands.

There are also floor/bottle jacks capable of lifting whatever.
  • This is under the rear of the coach? Ramps don't work for me because of the tag axle. I've used a combination of bottle jacks, jack stands and boards several times. I've actually raised the rear end high enough to sit under with that method. When I don't need as much lift, I use the levelers with jack stands. This has been for dropping the gas tank to change the fuel pump.

OK, I see Horsedoc's post and I'll add that I have gone to a Grease Monkey a couple of times where they were willing to do some quick repairs like changing the hoses.
  • That is a big weight to put on drive on ramps. Will a truck stop service dept let you use their oil change pit long enough to drill the holes and bolt the flanges on. Might be expensive but you may run into someone with a sense of RVing/camping and how important this can be. Just have all your parts ready to go when you pull over the pit
