read the warranty. Tires in US are tested by government agency before allowed on the market, so it is not like buying RV with no safety rating.
Years ago when old Hancock blow on my dually pickup, I bought couple of cheap Sailung tires, not having much hopes for them, but it was work flatbed so I took the risk.
The tires in 19.5 size lasted honest 56,000 miles before I had to replace them.
I think they were also quieter than Hancock but with Ford 7.3 you did not hear tire noise no matter what.
Falken is well know in car performance tires for years, but new on 22.5 market.
So one more time - read the warranty and see if the tires do have posted thread and temperature ratings.
