- PUCampinExplorerI had CoachNet and was pleased with them the 2 times I needed assistance. I let it laps because we had a dry spell for camping, and when I went to renew for some reason you could not get CoachNet in California! I had planned to sign up with GS but never got around to it. CoachNet finally fixed whatever the issue was and you can now get it in California again, I will likely renew this year.
For some reason as I read these posts, this seems to be regional. When one company excels and another is substandard, it is in a geographic area. So maybe check reviews within the area you mainly travel. - punomaticExplorerI have had GS since we started RVing in '06. Have used their services twice. They were prompt, courteous, kept us informed and arrived ahead of schedule on both occasions.
- bobcatcharlieExplorerI would have to add a vote for CoachNet. Have had great service for both toad and mh.
- siggyd777ExplorerCOACHNET !
- fla-gypsyExplorerIf I operated GSE and you came on my forum and called it Good Scam no one would ever see you post again. You don't have like them but trashing them like that is beyond disrespect. JS
- lj2654ExplorerI have Good sam but have not used it, but think I will go with Coach Net in June when its due again....has anyone used the new FMCA roadside assistance?
- Executive45Explorer IIICoach Net
- IDmanExplorerCoach Net...hands down!
- midnightsadieExplorer IIcoach net did great service for me twice, some times its the tow driver that screws up.
- koda55ExplorerWe have Good Sam and had to use them one time so far. They kept us informed as to the progress of the tow company. Because of the snow and all the accidents, the tow company would be a while getting to us. They gave us the name of the company and their phone number. They called every so often to make sure we were ok.
