I'm in love with that exact model and have been looking at it extensively. The lowest price on new I've found is around 107K but I don't think that has the full body paint or theater seats. I love the floor plan and layout for my family. The 2 bathrooms look great. Also, the reviews of the newer F53 chassis with 6spd transmission are very good.
Jayco has always been my favorite of the mass produced units and big companies but they have been recently bought by a larger company (Thor) so who knows if/what impact that will have. I like their 2-year warranty and like what I've seen at RV shows. Also, the Jayco crowd seems to be slightly more content than the other big brands from what I've come across on message boards.
Of course, like any brand, you can easily find horror stories online from disgruntled owners. These RVs really are a roll of the dice.
