I suspect that when you or whomever winterized the coach was finished they did not turn the valve to close that tube and connect the water tank. As a result no pressure. The valve is between the water tank and the pump and should have a clear tube attached.
I see where the connection is to have a tube go into the antifreeze tank. But my system there is no seperate valve it all part of the main system that I see. I will see if I can find a pic on line and post it.
