It looks like it is missing These parts to move it around and the Handle to crank it up - CA_TravelerExplorer IIIWith the missing parts, consider possible additional issues.

Yes, the spring is included in the RP-6200 kit.

If deciding on going the solar route:
Replacing larger , weathered , old tech antenna with a smaller head new digital model which would leave more roof space for solar panels. The newer tech King might also draw less 12v power from ur coach battery bank. Something to consider , especially if boondocking is your plan.
There is a video of a direct swap , installing a new King.
