How many engineers required to change a light bulb?

We have many reading lamps with 12VDC bayonet bulbs. I'd like to replace the bulbs with new LED bulbs but find it difficult to seat the new bulbs. Its easy to remove old bulbs because the spring ejec...

WRONG. They would tell YOU to unscrew and reinstall the bulb numerous times and then relocate the lamp to another receptacle, THEN tell you it is a hardware problem and thanks for the credit card payment for the "technical help":B Doug
