dieselman, I'm pretty sure the bolt patterns are the same. However, I really don't think you want an A-518 (aka 46RH, the '90 - '93 version - the 46RE requires a computer, etc) on your motorhome. I've got one on my '90 B250 and it sucks. Well, the OD part sucks. I tend to think you'll blow it up in no time on a heavy RV, with or without a trailer. Trust me...
