OK, back to finding my 12vdc converter, and with thanks to this Forum, found this same thing here on mine, same Progressive Dynamics AC/DC fuse panel, same relay, with the "Charge Sentinel" LED (mine is lit and blinking) which alleged means 90% or better charge
