how serious is screw hole in exterior of new motorhome

My wife and I are purchasing a 2014 Winnebago Vista and travelled to the dealer on Saturday for initial inspection. It looked great, just what we wanted..except during the manufacture a screw from the...

That's what I do with every little dent , a Good Sam sticker fixes my motor home and after a few days I don't even remember why I put the sticker on, I also use reflectors if it's where it looks right
