Hub caps replacement

Does the Loctite work? What color did you use? Anybody ever try a dab or so of crazy glue?

Considering that mine was a used piece when it was lost somewhere along the road, I checked ebay and bought another (very nice) used replacement from a private party. Good price!

I second the Dually Valves, I ordered Dually Valves #DL1EC for rear dual tires on my 2005 E350 chassis, Les Schwab installed them for me, after I purchased them on line the manager at Les Schwab said he could have sold them to me. Best money spent can check air on all tires in ten minutes. I did need to in-large one of the round holes in my SS Wheel Masters.

I don’t think I would like the Wheel liners that need to be bolted on with the lug nuts, my Wheel Masters use four hrome nuts to bolt to the top of the lug nut. Dick

One reason to get rid of those cheezy hubcaps and replace them with Pacific Duallies Simulators from the same place others have others have listed,then install Tire Man Dually Valve stem Kit and the whole problem is solved. Good looks,Stainless Steel wheel covers,and valve stems that make checking air pressure fast and easy.

Pacific Duallies is what we have,which replaced the cheap hubcaps that had to be removed to check the air pressure. They bolt on w/ four of the eight lug nuts. Zero chance of losing them plus they are stainless steel.

Here is the guy that sells Pacific Duallies I used for my set that I bought in 2001. Arlan is a great help and has a toll free phone number (scroll down). Just like this posting, I got a set of 4 for less than $50/each wheel.

You have the rim info now and here is what they look like. The link below has valve stem extenders that work and don't leak. And they are capped off with "gator caps" which is a good quality valve cap.

I paid around $20.00 and have no problem checking or adding air.

At least for me valve extenders are a puzzle to order on-line. To many sizes and angles. I drove to these guys, parked and tried before I bought.

I also lost a rear hub cap. I just removed the other rear hub cap. Looks OK to me.
