I-70 in Illinois
One month ago St. Louis to Indiana on I-70 was almost constant road construction both ways, and with bridge work, it looks like it will be that way all summer.

- Nothing unusual. You know about Illinois' seasons, don't you? Almost winter, winter, still winter, and road construction. :) (Good to know about, nevertheless.)
- 2 years ago, I70 ate 2 tires (and damaged a 3rd) on the toad within the first 10mi. of travel near the Terre Haute Welcome center. Seems there was one narrow lane East bound...no way to dodge the canyons in the pavement. That whole stretch should have been closed and traffic detoured. Trying to make IDOT and Feds liable was a joke.
