Better to replace/repair Motorhome parts than repairing/replacing body parts.
The glass is always half full.
As long as the same parts don't need to continue to be replaced until the end of normal life expectancy.
Neither me, nor my Motorhome is getting outta this world alive.
Well, researching a plan for me, is their a fountain of Youth, that works!
Safe Travels,

I know how you feel.
It's the same on this side of the planet. I have no sooner fixed something when something else decides to take a break.
Mind you, being able to tinker while on the pacific coast in the far north means the jobs aren't quite as irritating as they would be back at a house with the same neighbours and sites for months on end.

Completely normal for that age. Don't know your mileage but even if it only had say 50,000 miles on it there could still be many things that go wrong. It could have 12,000 miles on it and still have some of the same things go wrong. Sitting isn't always good. Rubber products still break down over the years etc. So water pumps, alternators, fuel pumps, radiators, furnace, house water pump, u joints are all normal. It may take x amount of repairs to put it back in dependable shape but you know what they say..."Its cheaper to keep her". 🙂

Well, houses need money too. I'd hate to think how much we've spent on upkeep for our house in the past 17 years. I bet it would make you feel better about your MH, though. 🙂
